Return Policy


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. No money is refundable; only store credit is available. Returned items will only be eligible for exchange as long as the merchandise is available. Store credit will be issued only through an electronic gift card.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, undamaged, or defective, with tags, and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection prior to processing the exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show sings of wear or do not meet the above criteria. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@elenaandstella.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


We recommend that all returned items be sent to us using a trackable shipping method. Make sure you add sufficient insurance to cover the purchase price of the item(s) being returned. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled packages. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as swimwear and jewelry. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance and sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once we received the package the exchange will be processed.
